The Importance Of Human Resources Management Within Iso And Total Quality Management From The Viewpoint Of The Employees Of Greater Belgith Mills

Abstract
This study aims to shed light on the importance of human resources management under ISO and TQM in Greater Belghith mills in the state of Souk-Ahras. We selected a sample from Mill Administration staff, and we distributed the research form to a sample of 30 individuals. We also relied on the SPSS statistical program to empty The data and its analysis, through this study, we reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Human Resources Management has a great importance in the overall quality, it is the least important within the ISO standards.
