المقاولاتية النّسوية في ولاية البويرة: بين فرص التّطور وتهديدات الفشّل مركز (oseit) لتطوير القدرات والمهارات بولاية البويرة نموذجا

الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى التّعرف على أهم الفرص التي تسهم في تطور المقاولاتية النّسوية في ولاية البويرة والتّهديدات التي تواجهها، ومعرفة كيفيّة استّغلال الفرص المتاحة في البيئة الخارجية لتجنب مختلف التّهديدات، وذلك من خلال أخذ مركز Oseitبولاية البويرة كنموذج. تمّ التّوصل إلى أنّ مديرة مركزOseit لتطوير القدرات والمهارات، نجحت في استغلال فرص تطور المقاولاتية النّسوية وتجنّبت مختلف التّهديدات، وذلك من خلال التّوظيف الجيد لنقاط القوة التي تمتلكها والمتمثلة في مختلف الخبرات والمهارات التي تتميز بها، إضافة للموارد الموجودة على مستوى المركز والتي من خلالها اقتنّصت واستغلّت مختلف الفرص المتاحة في البيئة الخارجية والمتمثّلة أساسا في وجود بيئة أعمال مشجّعة ومحفزة لعمل المرأة المقاولاتي والتي تدفعها للعمل الأكثر على مشروعها بالإضافة إلى حصول المركز على عدة تسهيلات الممنوحة من طرف أجهزة الدّولة الجزائرية، والاستفادة من الدّعم المادي والمعنوي والتي تصدت بها لمختلف التّهديدات. We aim, through this study, to identify the pivotal opportunities that contribute to the development of women entrepreneurship in the Wilaya of Bouira and the threats it faces. Moreover, to be aware how to exploit these opportunities available in the external environment to avoid various threats, by taking the Oseit Center in Bouira as a model. It was found that the Oseit Center's manager for Capacity and Skills Development succeeded in exploiting the opportunities for the development of women entrepreneurship and avoiding various threats, through good use of the strengths that she possesses, represented by her various experiences and skills. In addition to the resources at the level of the center, through which she seized and exploited these opportunities available in the external environment, mainly represented by the existence of an encouraging business environment Thus, adding to the resources at the level of the center, through which she seized and exploited the various opportunities available in the external environment, mainly represented in the existence of an encouraging and stimulating business environment for women entrepreneurship, which pushes them to work more on their projects, in addition to the center's access to several facilities granted by the Algerian state agencies, and benefiting from material and moral support, with which she confronted the various threats. Nous avons cherché, à travers cette étude, à identifier les opportunités pivots qui contribuent au développement de l’entrepreneuriat féminin dans la Wilaya de Bouira et les menaces auxquelles il fait face. De plus, à savoir comment exploiter ces opportunités disponibles dans l’environnement extérieur pour éviter diverses menaces, en prenant comme modèle le Centre Oseit de Bouira. Il a été constaté que la responsable du développement des capacités et des compétences du Centre Oseit a réussi à exploiter les opportunités de développement de l’entrepreneuriat féminin et à éviter diverses menaces, grâce à une bonne utilisation des atouts qu’elle possède, représentés par ses diverses expériences et compétences. Outre les ressources au niveau du centre, grâce auxquelles elle a saisi et exploité ces opportunités disponibles dans l'environnement extérieur, représentées principalement par l'existence d'un environnement d'affaires encourageant Ainsi, en ajoutant aux ressources au niveau du centre, grâce auxquelles elle a saisi et exploité les différentes opportunités disponibles dans l'environnement extérieur, représentées principalement par l'existence d'un environnement d'affaires encourageant et stimulant pour l'entreprenariat féminin, qui les pousse à travailler davantage sur leurs projets, en plus de l'accès du centre à plusieurs facilités accordées par les agences étatiques algériennes, et bénéficiant d'un soutien matériel et moral, avec lequel elle a fait face aux différentes menaces.
