الكفاية التربوية للمعلمين ودورها في جودة التعليم Educational Sufficiency For Teachers And Its Role In The Quality Of Education

الملخص

يهدف المقال إلى محاولة إبراز دور الكفاية التربوية في عملية جودة التعليم، حيث إن العمل التربوي والتعليمي يعتمد في أساسه على المعلم، وهو العنصر المنفذ للعملية التعلُمية، وهو العمود المنوط به مجموعة من الكفايات والمقومات كحسن التحضير، وامتلاك المعرفة اللازمة، والقدرة على التعامل مع الصف الدراسي، ودقة التوجيه والتقويم، وكل هذه المقومات لها دور فعال في جودة التعليم، حيث تتحقق الكفايات والمهارات والخبرات المطلوبة في المتعلمين، فتبدع العملية التعلمية في بلورة مهارات التفكير، وكفايات النقد والتحليل، والقدرة على استغلال التقنيات الحديثة، والتربية على القيم العالية للمواطنة والمشاركة الإنسانية، وبالتالي المساهمة في إنتاج جيل متعلم ذي فائدة فعالة وإيجابية مستمرة ومتواصلة ومتجددة. This article aims to try to highlight role of educational competence in the process of quality education, as educational work depends essentially on the teacher, who is the implementing element of the learning process, and is the pillar entrusted with a set of competencies and components such as good preparation, possession of the necessary knowledge, and the ability to deal with the class. Study, accuracy of guidance and evaluation, and all of these components have an effective role in the quality of education, as the required competencies, skills and experiences are achieved in the learners, so the learning process is creative in crystallizing thinking skills, critical and analytical competencies, the ability to exploit modern technologies, and education on the high values of citizenship and human participation. Thus contributing to the production of an educated generation with effective, positive, continuous, and renewable benefit.
