الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث النقد اللساني العربي من حيث المصطلح وعوائق التأسيس، للتعريف بهذا المجال البحثي، وبيان المراحل التي مر بها من التطبيق إلى مرحلة التأسيس التنظيري المكتمل والكشف عن أسباب التعثر التي اكتنفت سبله أيضا . خلص البحث إلى نتائج عديدة منها : للنقد التنظيري عدة مراحل وهي : مرحلة التوصيف، والنقد التأسيسي المستند إلى نظرية محددة ، والنقد التنظيري المؤسس This research deals with Arabic linguistic criticism with regard to the term and the obstacles faced during founding, to define this research field, and to present the stages it went through from application to the stage of complete theorizing foundation, and to demonstrate the causes of stumbling that surrounded its paths as well. Theoretical criticism has several stages: the characterization stage, the foundational criticism based on a specific theory, and the foundational theorizing criticism.
