Teaching Behaviors Among Physical Education Teachers (in The Primary Stage According To The Flanders System. (a Field Study In Some Primary Schools In The State Of Khenchela).

Abstract
Abstract This research aims to know the teaching behaviors of primary teachers and their students, as well as to know the dominant behavioral categories in teachers’ dealings with students during physical education and sports lessons, according to the Flanders system for measuring classroom interaction.The study was based on the hypothesis that the teaching level of primary education teachers during the physical education and physical education session differs from the percentages set by Flanders.The study sample consisted of eight teachers from some primary schools in the state of Khenchela, selected purposefully due to the facilities provided by their administrations and the significant cooperation of the teachers working. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical approach in the study and used both the mean and percentage as statistical methods. These methods allowed the researcher to assess the feasibility of using Flanders System for measuring teaching behaviours in physical education classes.assess the feasibility of using Flanders System for measuring teaching behaviours in physical education classes. ملخص البحث: يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة السلوكات التدريسية لمعلمي الإبتدائي وتلاميذهم وكذا ومعرفة الفئات السلوكية الغالبة في تعامل المعلمين مع التلاميذ خلال حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وفق نظام فلاندرز لقياس التفاعل الصفي، وانطلقت الدراسة من فرضية أن المستوى التدريسي لمعلمي التعليم الإبتدائي خلال حصة التربية البدية والرياضية يختلف عن النسب المؤوية التي حددها فلاندرز.وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من ثمانية معلمين ببعض إبتدائيات ولاية خنشلة، تم إختيارهم بطريقة قصدية نظرا للتسهيلات المقدمة من طرف إداراتها والتعاون الكبير من طرف المعلمين العاملين بها. اعتمد الباحث في دراسته على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدم كل من المتوسط الحسابي والنسب المئوية كأساليب إحصائية توصل الباحث إلى إمكانية استخدام أداة التفاعل الصفي لفلاندرز لقياس السلوكات التدريسية في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية.
