الملخص
ملخص الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف علي دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية الموارد البشرية داخل المؤسسات الرياضية، ومن اجل تحقيق ذلك تم الانطلاق بإشكالية وتساؤلات و فرضيات علمية، و تم تطرق إلي تحديد وضبط المفاهيم و المصطلحات الدراسة، وفي جانب التطبيقي تم الاعتماد علي عينة عشوائية، حيث بلغ عدد أفرادها النهائي 17 اداري داخل مديرية الشباب و الرياضة بولاية سوق اهراس، وتم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي، و كأداة للدراسة تم الاعتماد علي الاستبيان المغلق وفق مقياس ليكارت الخماسي بهدف جمع البيانات ومعالجتها بتطبيق برنامج Spss نسخة 22، ثم الوصول إلي ان تطبيق تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي يساهم في تنمية الموارد البشرية و تحليل البيانات العامة لاداء للموظفون و في تحسين عملية اختيار وتدريب الموظفين وكفاءتها داخل المؤسسات الرياضية و تعزيز المستوى الرضا الوظيفي و خلق قنوات التواصل فعالة Abstract: This study aims to identify the role of artificial intelligence applications in the development of human resources within sports institutions, and in order to achieve this, it was launched with a problem, questions and scientific hypotheses, and it was addressed to identify and control the concepts and terminology of the study, and in the applied aspect, it was relied on a random sample, where the number of its final members reached 17 administrators within the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of Souk Ahras, and the descriptive approach was used, and as a tool for the study, the closed questionnaire was relied on according to the five-point Likart scale in order to collect and process data by applying SPSS version 22, and then reaching the conclusion that the application of artificial intelligence applications contributes to the development of human resources and the analysis of public data for the performance of employees and in improving the selection and training of employees and their efficiency within sports institutions the level of job satisfaction and creating effective communication channels.
