The Level Of Competency Development And Its Relationship To Quality Of Work Life In Training, Vocational And Educational Institutions - A Case Study Of The National Institute Specialized In Vocational Training In Maghnia.

Abstract

The research aimed to shed light on the interrelationship between competencies and quality of work life at the National Institute specialized in training and vocational in MAGHNIA (Algeria). The sample included the administrative body of the institution under study. A questionnaire form was relied upon and analyzed using the (SPSS) program. We reached a conclusion through analyzing its outputs. The main result is that there is a positive, direct correlation to a moderate degree between the elements of improving functional quality and the levels of competency development in the institution under study. However, this correlation is not statistically significant, and therefore we conclude that there is some kind of interest in this process at the Institute of Training and Apprenticeship in MAGHNIA, but the matter is limited, and does not constitute a difference. As a result, therefore, the institute needs to focus more and expand the scope of this strategy.
