Legal Deposit And Implementation Of The Procedure For Notarizing Documents Subject To Real Estate Notarization

Abstract
After depositing the contracts and documents related to real property subject to notarization by their editors in the Department of Deposit and Accounting Operations in the regionally competent real estate governorate, the real estate conservator verifies the validity of the actions and information contained in all the documents deposited at his level, and the extent to which they meet the legal conditions required for this according to the applicable legislation, when this is achieved, the real estate conservator will accept the deposit and carry out the notarizing process.
