This study conducts a detailed comparison of the financial ecosystems supporting micro enterprises in Malaysia, France, and Algeria, examining how different economic, regulatory, and cultural contexts influence financial access. It identifies key challenges for micro enterprises such as strict lending criteria, poor financial literacy, and complex regulations. The research also showcases innovative financial approaches like FinTech integration, Islamic financing, and government-backed initiatives, which improve financial inclusivity. Despite the unique challenges and strengths in each country, common difficulties exist across these environments. The study aims to guide policymakers and financial institutions by proposing targeted strategies to enhance support for micro enterprises worldwide, thereby encouraging economic and entrepreneurial growth. This comparative analysis emphasizes the need for customized financial and regulatory frameworks and promotes the sharing and adapting of best practices internationally.
