الملخص
ملخص: يعد الفساد المالي من أخطر الظواهر تأثيرا على الاستقرار الاقتصادي والاجتماعي داخل الدولة، لهذا تحرص جميع الدول على تكريس سياسة تشريعية تهدف إلى توفير كتلة من الضمانات القانونية والمؤسساتية لتصدي لهذه الظاهرة. والعمل على تحقيق متطلبات الحوكمة الرشيدة في إدارة واستعمال الاعتمادات المالية للدولة وتوفير مقومات الشفافية والنزاهة في إدارة المال العام ومحاربة كافة أشكال إهداره : Abstract Financial corruption is one of the most dangerous phenomena affecting economic and social stability within the state. Therefore, all states are keen to dedicate a legislative policy that aims to provide a mass of legal and institutional guarantees to confront this phenomenon. This includes working to achieve the requirements of good governance in the management and use of the state's financial appropriations and providing the elements of transparency and integrity in the management of public funds and combating all forms of waste.
