الملخص

تعتبر لجان الطعن هيئة استئناف تختص بالنظر في القرارات التأديبية الأكثر جسامة والصادرة عن اللجان الإدارية المتساوية الأعضاء اتجاه الموظفين، حيث تنشأ لدى كل وزير وكل وال وكل مسؤول بالنسبة لبعض المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية، وهي تتشكل مناصفة من ممثلي الإدارة و ممثلي الموظفين، فإنشاء لجان الطعن يعد أكبر ضمانة للموظفين من تعسف الإدارة المستخدمة، وكذا توفير كافة الضمانات اللازمة لاحترام مبادئ العدالة والمشروعية والمساواة وتوفير الاستقرار والأمان للموظفين في حياتهم المهنية. Appeals committees form an appeals committee specializing in the consideration of the most serious disciplinary decisions issued by administrative committees of equal members towards employees, where they are established with each minister and every agency and every official in relation to some public institutions and departments, and they are formed equally from management representatives and representatives of employees, so establishment of appeals committees It is the greatest possible guarantee for employees of the arbitrariness of the administration used, as well as providing all the guarantees necessary to respect the principles of justice, legitimacy and equality and providing stability and safety for employees in their professional lives.
