الملخص

يعتبر رأس المال الفكري المؤشر الحقيقي لتميز أي منظمة ومصدر لنجاحها وتفوقها، وتعتبر المؤسسات الجامعية من بين المؤسسات التي تسعى جاهدة الى اكتساب أفراد ذوي المعارف والذّكاء والمهارات التي تتلاءم مع متطلبات القرن الحالي، حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث التركيز على اثر رأس المال الفكري على تحسين جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائر، وتم اختيار اساتذة جامعة العربي التبسي –تبسة- كعينة دراسة، ومن أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها بعد تحليل الإستبيان بالإعتماد على برنامج SPSS 22 هي أن لرأس المال الفكري علاقة ارتباط قوية بجودة التعليم العالي. الكلمات المفتاحية: رأس المال الفكري، جودة التعليم العالي، المؤسسات الجامعية. تصنيف JEL : I23, G3,D83 Abstract: Intellectual capital is the true indicator of any organization’s excellence and a source of its success and superiority. Universities are among the institutions that strive to obtain individuals with knowledge, intelligence and skills that fit the requirements of the current century. Therefore, we try through this study to focus on the impact of acquiring intellectual capital on improving the quality of higher education in Algeria. Professors of Larbi Tebessi University (Tebessa) are selected as a study sample. One of the most important results obtained after analyzing the questionnaire based on the SPSS 22 program is that intellectual capital has a strong correlation with the quality of higher education.
