الملخص
ملخص : يكتسي موضوع الإدارة الانتخابية أهمية بالغة ، نظرا للدور الذي تقوم به المؤسسات القائمة عليها ، في مجال تكريس الديمقراطية والحفاظ على الاستقرار في الدولة ، لذلك تعتبر استقلالية مؤسسات الإدارة الانتخابية ، هي العامل الحاسم في الوصول الى انتخابات حرة ونزيهة تعكس ارادة الجماهير . هذا ما تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابرازه ، من خلال المقارنة بين السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات في الجزائر ونظيرتها اللجنة الانتخابية الوطنية المستقلة النيجيرية ، وتتبع مختلف أشكال الإدارة الانتخابية في البلدين ، وكذا معرفة أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بين الإدارتين . الكلمات المفتاحية : الإدارة الانتخابية ؛ السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات ؛ اللجنة الانتخابية الوطنية المستقلة في نيجيريا. Abstract: The issue of electoral management is extremely important, given the role played by the institutions based on it, in the area of devoting democracy and maintaining stability in the state, and therefore the independence of the electoral management institutions is the decisive factor in achieving free and fair elections that reflect the will of the masses. This is what this study aims to highlight, through a comparison between the independent national elections authority in Algeria and its counterpart, the Nigerian National Electoral Commission, and tracks various forms of electoral administration in the two countries, as well as knowing the similarities and differences between the two administrations.
