الملخص

ظهرت فكرة المواطنة في الحضارات القديمة، الا انها سايرت جميع مراحل التطور الانساني للمجتمعات السياسية الحديثة حتى اصبحت بمفهومها الحديث، الذي يقوم اساسا على الشعور بالانتماء لوطن معين تحكمه علاقة قانونية واخلاقية تنشا بين المواطنين والدولة، ذات ابعاد ودلالات قانونية وسياسية كالمساوة بين المواطنين والحق في المشاركة السياسية، وضمان الحريات في اطار الديمقراطية وقيم الهوية. Abstract: the idea of citizenship emerged in ancient civilizations along with all stages of human development of modern political societies Until it became the modern concept. which is based mainly on a sense of belonging to a particular homeland Governed by legal and ethical relationship between the State and citizens with legal and political dimensions such as equality between citizens And the right to political participation, and to ensure that freedoms of democracy and the values of identity
