الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن آليات ضمان تحقيق المواطنة في ظل العالم الافتراضي والتي تسعى إلى إرساء المواطنة الرقمية، ولذلك سعت هذه الورقة البحثية للإحاطة بكيفية تجسيد المواطنة الرقمية بشكل فعال في ظل آليات تحقيقها عبر الفضاء الافتراضي، وكذا إبراز أساليب المواطنة الرقمية وأهم أنواعها، خاصة في ظل تنامي تأثير تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات الحديثة، مما سبق، نطرح الإشكالية التالية: ما هو مسار الانتقال من المواطنة الى المواطنة الرقمية في ظل العالم الافتراضي و آليات تحقيقها؟ لذلك اخترنا التعريج على أهم عناصر المواطنة والمواطنة الرقمية، وتفعيل اليات عبر الفضاء الافتراضي لتحقيقها وحمايتها كالأمن الرقمي والمسؤولية الرقمية، لنتوصل إلى استخلاص ضرورة نشر التربية الرقمية لبناء مواطنة رقمية قائمة على أسس سليمة في ظل التخمة المعلوماتية التي تميز بها العالم الافتراضي. الكلمات المفتاحية: المواطنة، المواطنة الرقمية، العالم الافتراضي، المواطن الرقمي. Abstract: This study seeks to reveal the mechanisms of ensuring citizenship in light of the virtual world that seeks to establish digital citizenship, and therefore this research paper sought to surround how to embody digital citizenship effectively in light of the mechanisms of achieving it throughvirtualspace, as well as highlighting the methods of digital citizenship and the most important types, Especially in light of the growing influence of communication technology and modern information, from the above, we present the following problem: What is the path of transition from citizenship to digital citizen ship under the virtual world and the mechanisms of its achievement? Therefore, we have chosen the definition of the most important elements of citizenship and digital citizenship, and activating mechanis msacross the virtual space to achieve and protect them such as digital security and digital responsibility, so that we can extract the necessity of spreading digital education to build a digital citizen based on sound foundations in light of the informational scams that characterize the virtual world.
