الملخص
This study deals with the subject '' of Imam Malik and his approach to advocacy and counseling '', through the presentation of the life of Imam Malik, and the most important political and scientific factors that influenced the formation of his scientific and advocacy personality, the study treated also the method of Imam Malik to face the challenges. The dimensions of the advocacy method of Imam Malik has been clarified, by confirming its dependence on term planning, equilibrium position, discipline legitimate, qualitative integration, continuing and constructive communication with others advocacy efforts of other, and moving away from the improvised. The study has also proved that the advocacy activity of Imam is linked with his scientific activity, as an internal link, by considering the nature of the phase, the community in which Imam Malik lived, and the quality of the invitees
