Entrepreneurship is universally challenging, yet individuals with disabilities often face compounded obstacles such as limited access to capital, restricted networks, and heightened stress linked to systemic barriers. This study argues that artificial intelligence (AI), when combined with evidencebased coaching strategies in stress management and productivity, offers a transformative pathway for inclusive entrepreneurship and business development. Through comprehensive analysis of existing research and verified case studies, this paper demonstrates how AI can serve as a startup accelerator, productivity partner, stress mitigation ally, and driver of inclusive ecosystems. Grounded in dual expertise in business development and performance coaching, this research emphasizes the human-centered dimension of AI in entrepreneurship, positioning entrepreneurs with disabilities as active innovators capable of leading inclusive business models that serve wider markets.
