الملخص

تُعدّ ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي من بين السلوكيات السلبية المنتشرة داخل المؤسسات التربوية عبر مختلف المجتمعات، إذ تتجسد في ممارسات عدوانية بأشكالها المادية أو المعنوية، كالضرب والشتم والسخرية والاستهزاء، وهي ممارسات من شأنها إحداث اضطراب في المناخ المدرسي، وإشاعة الفوضى، والتأثير السلبي العميق في التلاميذ، ولا سيما الضحايا منهم. ونظرًا لخطورة هذه الظاهرة وانعكاساتها الوخيمة على الوسط التربوي، أضحى من الضروري على الفاعلين التربويين البحث عن سبل فعّالة للكشف عنها ومعالجتها. ويُعدّ المعلم من أبرز العناصر الفاعلة في هذا المجال، لما يتمتع به من مكانة محورية داخل الفضاء المدرسي تؤهله للقيام بأدوار تدخلية وتربوية متعددة. وانطلاقًا من ذلك، تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التطرق لمفهوم التنمر المدرسي، والوساطة المدرسية كآلية تربوية لمعالجته، مع التركيز على إبراز دور المعلم كوسيط مدرسي يسهم في الحد من هذه الظاهرة والحد من تداعياتها السلبية. الكلمات المفتاحية: معلم؛ وساطة مدرسية؛ تنمرمدرسي School bullying is one of the widespread negative behaviors within educational institutions across various societies. It is manifested through aggressive practices, whether physical or psychological, such as hitting, insulting, mocking, and ridiculing. Such behaviors disrupt the school climate, generate disorder, and have a profound negative impact on students, particularly the victims. Given the seriousness of this phenomenon and its severe repercussions on the educational environment, it has become imperative for educational stakeholders to seek effective strategies for its detection and management. The teacher, in this context, stands out as one of the key actors, owing to their central role within the school setting, which enables them to assume multiple educational and interventionist responsibilities. Accordingly, this research paper aims to examine the concept of school bullying and shed light on school mediation as a pedagogical mechanism to address it, with a particular focus on highlighting the teacher’s role as a school mediator who contributes to reducing this phenomenon and mitigating its negative consequences.
