إشكالية لغات التخصص في الجزائر وتعليميتها

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على تعليمية إحدى لغات التخصص في الحزائر، وهي لغة القانون المستعملة في قسم الحقوق بجامعة بجاية التي تستخدم أنماطا شكلية مميزة في كتابة اللغة القانونية والتي تستعمل أيضا مصطلحات الحقوق المعروفة لدى أهل الاختصاص من محامين وقضاة...الخ، كما أنّها اللغة التي تعتمد على السرد والمنطق وتتميز بمجموعة من الخصائص التي ترقى بهذه اللغة إلى درجة من العلمية، وعليه حاولنا في هذا البحث إظهار الواقع التعليمي لهذه اللغة في قسم الحقوق، كما حاولنا أيضا الكشف عن مدى تأثر اللغة المستخدمة لدى طلبة وأساتذة هذا القسم بجامعة بجاية بالوضع اللغوي السائد في هذه المنطقة، وكذلك محاولة إبراز أهم الإشكالات التي تعيق الطالب في اكتسابه لكفاءة اللغة القانونية. The present study sets out to explore the teaching of one of the specialised languages in Algeria. The chosen language is the legal language employed at the Faculty of Law, University of Bejaia, which is characterised by distinctive stylistic features in legal writing and the utilisation of legal terminology with which specialists, such as lawyers and judges, are familiar. Moreover, the language under discussion is characterised by a reliance on narrative and logic, features which serve to elevate it to a degree of academic rigour. In this study, the objective was to provide an illustration of the current state of language instruction in the Faculty of Law. In addition, the study sought to reveal the extent to which the language used by students and lecturers in this department at the University of Bejaia is influenced by the prevailing linguistic situation in this region. Furthermore, the study highlighted the main challenges that hinder students in acquiring proficiency in legal language.
