ملخص: ما من شك أنّ المنظومة التعليمية والتعلمية قائمة على مبادئ التعليم والتكوين والتقويم والتقييم، هذه الأخيرة التي تكشف عن مدى استيعاب الطلبة الممتحنين للمعلومات التي وقفوا عليها طيلة المواسم الدراسية. وهي تهدف في أساسها إلى اختبار قدرات الطلبة بما يمتلكونه من آليات التذكر والذكاء والتخيل والانتباه والإدراك وسائر الملكات الذهنية أثناء امتحاناتهم الجامعية، غير أنّ هذه العملية التعلمية قد تشوبها حالات شاذّة يقع فيها بعض الطلبة قصد التحايُل والانحراف عن المسعى النبيل الذي تهدف إليه المنظومة الجامعية. يُعد الغش سلوك سلبي وغير أخلاقي يلجأ إليه بعض الممتحنين لتبرير فشلهم الدراسي والحصول على مكاسب تتنافى والقيم الثقافية والأخلاقية التي تعرفها الأوساط الجامعية، إذ عرّف الغش انتشارا خطيرا في الآونة الأخيرة بفعل مجموعة من الأسباب التي نجمت عنها نتائج وخيمة، الأمر الذي دفع الباحثين إلى دّق ناقوس خطر استفحال هذه الظاهرة في الوسط الجامعي والعمل على إيجاد حلول وآليات للحد من أخطار ظاهرة الغش وفرض ضوابط قانونية وأخلاقية للحد منها والقضاء عليها. Abstract: There is no doubt that the educational and learning system is founded upon the principles of instruction, training, assessment, and evaluation, the latter of which reveals the extent to which examined students have assimilated the knowledge acquired throughout their academic years. Fundamentally, this system aims to test students’ abilities through the cognitive mechanisms they possess, such as memory, intelligence, imagination, attention, perception, and other mental faculties during university examinations. However, this learning process may sometimes be affected by deviant practices adopted by certain students who resort to manipulation and deviation from the noble objectives pursued by the university system. Cheating is considered a negative and unethical behavior to which some examinees resort in order to justify their academic failure and obtain gains that contradict the cultural and ethical values prevailing in academic environments. In recent years, cheating has witnessed a dangerous spread due to a number of underlying causes that have resulted in serious consequences. This situation has prompted researchers to sound the alarm regarding the escalation of this phenomenon within the university context and to work toward proposing solutions and mechanisms to mitigate its risks, as well as to impose legal and ethical regulations aimed at curbing and ultimately eliminating it.
