Job Satisfaction Among Workers In Light Of Organizational Climate And Occupational Safety. (a Field Study At El Biban Mills, Bordj Bou Arreridj Province).

الملخص

Abstract: Therefore, the current study aims to reveal the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among employees at the El Biban Mills in Bordj Bou Arreridj. Using a descriptive model and the criteria of organizational climate and professional work environment, the study examined the employment of 42 employees at the El Biban Mills in Bordj Bou Arreridj, which are part of the Riyad Setif Group. The results are as follows: - There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational change and job satisfaction among employees at the El Biban Mills in Bordj Bou Arreridj. - There is a statistically significant relationship between job security and job satisfaction among employees at the El Biban Mills in Bordj Bou Arreridj.
