Abstract
This study examines the role of ergonomics as an approach to enhancing organizational energy, through a case study of the Algerian Water Company in Bordj Bou Arréridj. The research combines theoretical and empirical approaches. The theoretical part reviews key concepts of ergonomics and organizational energy, highlighting the importance of adapting working conditions to human capabilities. The empirical study uses data analyzed with SPSS. Results reveal a significant relationship between ergonomics and organizational energy. Improving working conditions enhances employee motivation and performance. The study recommends adopting ergonomics-based policies to improve organizational outcomes.
