The Crisis Of Moral Emptiness In Western Society From Erich Fromm's Perspective

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كشف مواطن الخلل في الحضارة الغربية المعاصرة على ضوء المقاربة الفلسفية لإريك فروم الذي قام بتشريح دقيق لبنية المجتمع الغربي الذي أفرزته الحداثة، وتوصل إلى أن هذا المجتمع غير سوي ويعاني من أزمة حادة تتجسد في أزمة الخواء الأخلاقي التي كانت لها انعكاسات كثيرة على المجال العلمي إذ أصبح المشروع العلمي يوجه إلى تطوير مشاريع الموت مثل أسلحة الدمار الشامل وابحاث البيولوجيا الحيوية التي أصبحت تهدد قدسية الحياة ، وعلى المجال الاقتصادي فإن الآلة الصناعية الضخمة حولت الإنسان إلى كائن سلبي مغترب كليا عن نفسه وعن الآخرين، في المجال الثقافي أصبحت ثقافة الاستهلاك والتبذير هي الكاسحة مما أدى الى اختلال فن العيش This study aims to reveal the kinks in contemporary Western civilization in the light of the philosophical approach of Erich Fromm, who carefully dissected the structure of Western society produced by modernity, and concluded that this society is not sane and suffers from a severe crisis embodied in the crisis of moral emptiness, which has had many repercussions. In the scientific field, where the scientific project became directed to the development of death projects such as weapons of mass destruction and biological research that threatened the sanctity of life, in the economic field, the huge industrial machine turned man into a passive being completely alienated from himself and others, and in the cultural field, cultural consumption and extravagance became overwhelming, which led to an imbalance in the art of living. .
