This study examines the deepening integration of Artificial Intelligence into political decision-making, tracing its shift from a supportive tool into an influential actor in public affairs, then weighing this transformation against the standards of al-Siyāsa al-Sharʿiyya (Islamic legal-political governance). It addresses one central problem: to what extent can Sharʿiyya politics generate a normative framework for governing technology? Employing analytical, foundational, and critical methods, it tests three hypotheses-displacement, bias, and maqāṣidic applicability. It concludes that the higher objectives of Sharia and its major maxims possess a genuine normative capacity to regulate algorithmic decisions, provided we distinguish lawful assistance from prohibited delegation, elevate ijtihād from partial fatwas to binding holistic frameworks, entrench transparency and accountability, guard against digital authoritarianism, and uphold the "human-in-the-loop" principle as a condition of legitimacy.
