الملخص
تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية الموسومة بـ:جُهُودُ المَجْلِسِ الأَعْلَى للُّغَةِ العَرَبِيَّة فِي دَعْمِ المُحْتَوَى الرَّقْمِيِّ وَتَنْمِيَّةِ الثَّقَافَةِ الرَّقْمِيّةِ -النَّدَوَاتُ والمُلْتَقَيَاتُ أُنْمُوذَجًا- إلى إبراز جهود المجلس الأعلى للّغة العربية في مجال رقمنة اللّغة العربية وتعزيز حضورها على الشابكة، ودعم المحتوى الرقمي العربي، وتنمية الثقافة الرّقمية في الجزائر؛ بهدف سدّ الفجوة الرقمية ومسايرة التطور التكنولوجي في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ من خلال واحدة من أبرز المحاور التي سطرها المجلس ضمن استراتيجياته طويلة المدى، والمتمثلة أساسا في إقامة ندوات وملتقيات وطنية، وعقد شراكات مع مؤسسات علمية فاعلة من شأنها أن تحقق هذا الغرض. وتحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الإجابة عن إشكالية مفادها: كيف أسهم المجلس الأعلى للّغة العربية في دعم المحتوى الرقمي باللغة العربية؟ وما أهمّ الأعمال التي أنجزها المجلس في هذا المضمار؟ This research paper tagged with: The efforts of the Supreme Council for the Arabic Language in supporting digital content and developing digital culture - seminars and forums as a model - seeks to highlight the efforts of the Supreme Council for the Arabic Language in the field of digitizing the Arabic language, enhancing its presence on the Internet, supporting Arabic digital content, and developing digital culture in Algeria, with the aim of bridging the digital divide and keeping pace with technological development in the field of artificial intelligence, through one of the most prominent axes that the Council has written within Its long-term strategies, mainly represented in the establishment of national seminars and forums, and the establishment of partnerships with effective scientific institutions that would achieve this purpose. This paper attempts to answer the problem: How did the Supreme Council for the Arabic Language contribute to supporting digital content in Arabic? What are the most important achievements of the Council in this regard? .
