The Contribution Of Digital Transformation In Improving The Quality Of Healthcare Services: Comparative Study Of Healthcare Institutions In Khenchela

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of digital transformation on the quality of healthcare services in Khenchela, utilizing a comparative approach. Through questionnaires distributed to healthcare workers and patients, the research assessed the implementation of digital technologies and their effects on service quality. Results indicated a significant positive correlation between digital transformation and healthcare service quality, highlighting improvements in medical records management, reduced patient waiting times, and streamlined appointment scheduling. Enhanced diagnostic accuracy and faster access to patient information were also noted. The comparative analysis revealed varying levels of digital implementation among institutions, affecting service quality due to differences in infrastructure readiness and staff competency. The study recommends strengthening technological infrastructure, providing comprehensive training for medical staff, and establishing standardized digital protocols across Khenchela's health institutions to ensure consistent service quality improvement. تقيم هذه الدراسة تأثير التحول الرقمي على جودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية في خنشلة، مستخدمة نهجا مقارنا. من خلال استبيانات تم توزيعها على العاملين في مجال الرعاية الصحية والمرضى، قامت الباحثة بتقييم تنفيذ التقنيات الرقمية وتأثيراتها على جودة الخدمة. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية ملحوظة بين التحول الرقمي وجودة خدمات الرعاية الصحية، مع تسليط الضوء على تحسينات في إدارة السجلات الطبية، وتقليل أوقات انتظار المرضى، وتبسيط جدولة المواعيد. كما لوحظت زيادة في دقة التشخيص وسرعة الوصول إلى معلومات المرضى. كشفت التحليل المقارن عن مستويات متفاوتة من تنفيذ التحول الرقمي بين المؤسسات، مما أثر على جودة الخدمة بسبب اختلافات في جاهزية البنية التحتية وكفاءة الموظفين. توصي الدراسة بتعزيز البنية التحتية التكنولوجية، وتوفير تدريب شامل للكوادر الطبية، وإقامة بروتوكولات رقمية موحدة عبر مؤسسات الصحة في خنشلة لضمان تحسين جودة الخدمة بشكل متسق.
