دور الابتكار الأخضر في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالمملكة العربية السعودية في سياق رؤية 2030 ومبادرة السعودية الخضراء

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الهام الذي يلعبه الابتكار الأخضر في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها المختلفة، حيث تم التركيز على تقديم تحليل معمق لتجربة المملكة العربية السعودية في تبني الابتكار الأخضر ضمن سياق رؤية 2030 ومبادرة السعودية الخضراء. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على مراجعة الأدبيات النظرية والتطبيقية، وتحليل تجربة دولة عربية رائدة من خلال ممارساتها العملية في مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة، اعادة تدوير النفايات وتطوير المدن الذكية، والتي يمكن توظيف تلك الممارسات في السياق المحلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الابتكار الأخضر يمثل محركا أساسيا لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة بأبعادها المختلفة، حيث يساهم في تقليل الانبعاثات الكربونية، رفع كفاءة استخدام الموارد وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات، كما أظهرت تجربة المملكة العربية السعودية تقدما كبيرا في دمج الحلول الابتكارية الخضراء في مختلف القطاعات بفضل مشاريع كبرى مثل نيوم، إنتاج وتصدير الهيدروجين الأخضر لشركة أرامكو، التوسعة الخضراء للحرم، والرقمنة الخضراء عبر منصة النفاذ الوطني الموحد. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز الاستثمار في القطاعات الاقتصادية المستدامة مثل مشاريع الاقتصاد الدائري، الطاقات المتجددة والذكاء الاصطناعي، تكوين وتدريب الموارد البشرية في المجال الرقمي والذكاء الاصطناعي، انشاء شراكات مربحة مع المؤسسات العالمية الرائدة، إضافة إلى تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي لضمان انتقال ناجح نحو اقتصاد أخضر مستدام. Abstract: The study aimed to highlight the important role that green innovation plays in achieving sustainable development in its various dimensions. It focused on providing an in-depth analysis of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s experience in adopting green innovation within the context of Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach based on a review of theoretical and applied literature and analyzing the experience of a leading Arab country through its practical applications in renewable energy projects, waste recycling, and smart city development, whose practices can be applied to the local context. The study concluded that the green innovation represents a key driver for achieving sustainable development in its various dimensions. As it contributes to reducing carbon emissions, increasing resource efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Also the experience of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has shown a great progress in integrating innovative green solutions across the various sectors because of major projects such as NEOM, Aramco’s green hydrogen production and export, the green expansion of the Grand Mosque, and green digitization via the unified national access platform. The study recommended the need to promote investment in sustainable economic sectors such as circular economy projects, renewable energy and artificial intelligence, developing and training human resources in the digital and artificial intelligence fields, establishing profitable partnerships with leading global enterprises, in addition to promoting community awareness to ensure a successful transition towards a sustainable green economy.
