The Specificities Of The Institution For The Promotion And Management Of Start-up Support Structures

Abstract

The Algerian legislator has designated the establishment for the Promotion and Management of Startup Support Structures as a public establishment with an industrial and commercial character. This designation grants it several unique characteristics, including legal personality, financial independence, and diverse funding mechanisms. These features reinforce its intended role of promoting and supporting startups. The Establishment is also subject to internal and external control. As a public establishment of an industrial and commercial nature, its disputes are adjudicated primarily by administrative courts and ordinary courts, with arbitration being the exception.
