Abstract
Successful enterprises are the cornerstone of the Algerian economy, underscoring the vital need for robust entrepreneurial support that empowers project owners. This study examines a wide range of services—from project selection to legal, marketing, communication, and learning support—and, through a case study of the National Entrepreneurship Support and Development Agency (NESDA) at the Mascara Branch, demonstrates that continuous, targeted support from conception to implementation is indispensable for sustaining key economic projects and enabling young Algerian investors to overcome the challenges of innovation.
