التدخلات النفسية الرقمية في المرض العقلي الحاد: دراسة تحليلية باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي

الملخص
الدراسة الحالية هي دراسة استكشافية باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، بحثت في موضوع التدخلات النفسية الرقمية الموجهة للمصابين بالمرض العقلي الحاد وذلك بهدف الفهم الأعمق وحصر التدخلات النفسية الرقمية الموجهة للمصابين بالمرض العقلي الحاد: الفصام، اضطراب ثنائي القطب، الفصام الناتج عن الادمان) ،تقديم بعض التطبيقات والمنصات الخاصة بالصحة النفسية و الطرق الأخرى للتدخل الرقمي. بالاضافة الى عرض مجالات التدخل في الصحة النفسية الرقمية. توصلت الى أن التطبيقات متنوعة الهدف منها: التكفل بالأعراض والاضطرابات الناتجة وتقييم جوانب نفسية متعددة، كانت التطبيقات والبرامج فعالة وساعدت في تحسن الحالات في عدة جوانب . تقدم الصحة النفسية الرقمية خدمات مستعجلة، شخصية وفي الوقت الحاضر ما يحسن في نوعية الخدمات وجودتها. The current study is an exploratory study using artificial intelligence, which examined the topic of digital psychological interventions aimed at people with severe mental illness with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding and identifying digital psychological interventions aimed at people with severe mental illness: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia resulting from addiction), and to introduce some mental health applications and platforms and other methods of digital intervention. In addition, it presents areas of intervention in digital mental health. The study found that the applications are diverse in their objectives: managing symptoms and resulting disorders and assessing multiple psychological aspects. The applications and programs were effective and helped improve cases in several aspects. Digital mental health provides urgent, personalized services that currently improve the quality of services.
