الملخص
الملخص: يعالج المقال إشكالية رئيسية مفادها إبراز شخصية المجاهد الرئيس الراحل الشاذلي بن جديد كنموذج من المناضلين العسكريين خلال الجزائرية 1954-1962، بالوقوف عند جوانب نشأة وتكوين هذه الشخصية والبحث في سيرتها ومسارها، ومحاولة تحديد أفكارها السياسية والثورية ومواقفها، وسرّ تدرجه السريع في المسؤوليات الثورية. ولمعالجة هذه الإشكالية تمّ تفكيكها إلى ستّ تساؤلات فرعية كالآتي: - ماهي الظروف والمؤثرات المحيطة والتي ساهمت في صقل شخصية الشاذلي بن جديد؟ وهل استطاع الشاذلي بن جديد كسب ثقة قادته من جهة، وطاعة واحترام وثقة جنوده من جهة أخرى؟ - ما هو السر الذي مكّن الشاذلي بن جديد من التدرج في المسؤوليات في القاعدة الشرقية بشكل خاص وفي الثورة بشكل عام؟ وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ السياق العسكري والسياسي الذي طبع المنطقة الشرقية، خاصة القاعدة الشرقية، شكّل حاضنة حقيقية لبروز قيادات ميدانية ذات كفاءة عالية، وكان الشاذلي بن جديد أحد أبرز نتاجاتها، وأنّ صعود الشاذلي في سلم المسؤوليات لم يكن وليد ظرف عابر، بل نتيجة مسار تدرّجي قائم على إثبات الكفاءة الميدانية، والقدرة على تنفيذ المهام بدقة. Abstract: The article addresses a main issue, which is to highlight personality of the late President and Mujahid Chadli Bendjedid as a model of military fighters during the Algerian revolution of 1954-1962, by examining the aspects of the emergence and formation of this character, researching his biography and path, and attempting to determine his political and revolutionary ideas and positions, as well as the secret behind his rapid rise in revolutionary responsibilities. To deal with this issue, it was broken down into six sub-questions as follows: - What are the surrounding circumstances and influences that contributed to shaping the personality of Chadli Bendjedid? - Was he able to gain the trust of his leaders on one hand, and the obedience, respect, and confidence of his soldiers on the other hand? - What is the secret that enabled Chadli Bendjedid to rise through the ranks in the Eastern Base in particular and in the Revolution in general? In the end, the study concluded that the military and political context that characterized the Eastern region, especially the Eastern base, provided a genuine environment for the emergence of highly competent field leaders, with Chadli Bendjedid being one of its most prominent products. Furthermore, Chadli's rise through the ranks of responsibility was not a result of a fleeting circumstance, but rather a result of a gradual process based on demonstrating field competence and the ability to accurately carry out missions with precision
