الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة العلاقة المتوترة بين المدنيين والعسكريين في السودان، في ظل تصاعد تدخل المؤسسة العسكرية في الحياة السياسية بشكل مطرد منذ استقلال البلاد. وتتجلى ذروة هذه الإشكاليات في الحرب الدائرة بين الجيش وقوات الدعم السريع، التي تحولت من صراع سياسي إلى مواجهات مسلحة شاملة تهدد كيان الدولة ومستقبل المجتمع السوداني. This paper explores the strained civil-military relations in Sudan, contextualized by the military institution's steadily deepening intervention in the political sphere since independence. The culmination of this trajectory is evident in the current war between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces a conflict that has escalated from political rivalry to comprehensive armed hostilities, endangering both the cohesion of the state and the prospects of Sudanese society.
