الانقلابات العسكرية في الساحل الإفريقي ودورها في انحسار النفوذ الفرنسي

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة الانقلاب العسكري والتي برغم كونها ظاهرة عالمية، إلا أنها في السنوات الأخيرة ارتبطت ارتباطا وثيقا بدول القارة الإفريقية وخصوصا دول منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، فغياب الديمقراطية والتداول على السلطة وغياب التنمية وانتشار المشاكل الإثنية والعرقية وما ينتج عنها من تصارع يصل إلى درجة الصراع المسلح، بالإضافة إلى التدخل الأجنبي وبالخصوص فرنسا ذات الإرث الاستعماري التي تعتبر المنطقة منطقة نفوذ فرنسي بامتياز ، كلها عوامل غذت عدم الاستقرار في هذه المنطقة، ما أدى إلى كثرة الانقلابات العسكرية والتي أدت في الآونة الأخيرة إلى طرد فرنسا من عدة دول أبرزها مالي والنيجر وبوركينافاسو. The study aims to shed light one the phenomenon of military coup, although it is a global phenomenon, however in recent years, it has been closely linked to the countries of the African continent, especially the countries of the African Sahel region, the absence of democracy, the alternation of power, the absence of development, the spread of ethnic and racial problems, and the resulting conflict reach the level of armed conflict, in addition to foreign intervention, especially France with considers the region an area of French influence par excellence, all of these are factors that fueled instability in this region, which led to many military coups, which recently led to the expulsion of France from several countries, most notably Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso.
