المسنون والطفرة التكنولوجية: بيئة مراعية لضمان العافية

الملخص
رعاية كبار السن من القضايا الإنسانية والاجتماعية متعددة الجوانب والأوجه التي فرضت نفسها في وقتنا الراهن علي جميع المجتمعات علي اختلاف درجة تقدمها ورقيها فهي قضية تزداد أهميتها مع مرور الزمن, وتقدم الحضارة الإنسانية وأن تلبية احتياجات المسنين ينبغي أن تكون جزءا من السياسة العامة للرعاية الاجتماعية للدولة, وليس سياسة منعزلة عنها وذلك لضمان الاستمرارية، فقد جاءت الدراسة الحالية في محاولة فهم طبيعة ونمط التغير الحياتي لدى كبار السن واحتياجاتهم ومشكلاتهم، في ظل التحول الرقمي و التكنولوجي، وذلك ضمن منهجها الوصفي التحليلي، على ان تكمن أهمية الدراسة في تعميق الفهم ولتوضيح اشمل من خلال التطرق الاستراتيجيات العالمية في محو الامية الرقمية، على ان يكون هناك تحليل نوعي لاهم المشكلات و التحديات ومبررات احتياج كبار السن للوصول الى التقنية، وكذا معرفة اهم شروط قبول المسن باستخدام التكنولوجيا المساعدة ومجالاتها باعتبارها بيئة مراعية لهم وضمان لعافيتهم، على ان تتوصل الدراسة الى نتائج مفادها ان التمكين الرقمي الشامل لكبار السن هدفه تحسين جودة حياتهم ورفاهيتهم، وتعزيز الاندماج الاجتماعي Elderly care is a multifaceted humanitarian and social issue that has become a pressing concern for all societies, regardless of their level of development. Its importance grows with time and the advancement of human civilization. Meeting the needs of the elderly should be an integral part of the state's overall social welfare policy, not an isolated one, to ensure continuity. This study attempts to understand the nature and patterns of change in the lives of the elderly, their needs, and their challenges within the context of digital and technological transformation. It employs a descriptive-analytical approach, aiming to deepen understanding and provide a more comprehensive perspective by examining global strategies for digital literacy. The study includes a qualitative analysis of the most significant problems, challenges, and justifications for the elderly's need for access to technology. It also explores the key conditions for the elderly's acceptance of assistive technology and its applications, recognizing it as a supportive environment that safeguards their well-being. The study concludes that comprehensive digital empowerment of the elderly aims to improve their quality of life and well-being, and to promote social integration
