The study aimed to determine the level of cultural intelligence as a twenty first century skill among cultural actors participating in events organized by the Palace of Culture. The study adopted a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument administered to a sample of 107 participants from diverse artistic fields and age backgrounds. The results revealed statistically significant differences associated with age and artistic field, reflecting the influence of life experience and artistic training in shaping cultural attitudes and representations. In contrast, no statistically significant differences were recorded in relation to gender, indicating convergence in perceptions within the cultural space and the engagement of actors in shared interaction and creativity. The findings emphasize the importance of the interaction between individual factors and artistic experience in understanding the cultural phenomenon, and they open avenues for future studies aimed at employing multiple research tools and exploring cultural dynamics across diverse spaces to deepen understanding of cultural intelligence and its impact on the construction of social awareness.
