أهمية التّقويم التّربوي في جودة التّعليم

الملخص
ملخص: يحتلّ التّقويم التّربوي أهميّة بالغة في جميع الأنشطة التّربويّة في العالم وذلك لما له من تأثير فعّال في سيرورة العمليّة التّعليميّة التّعلّميّة و نجاعتها . وعليه فإنّ عمليّة التّقويم متعدّدة الأبعاد متكاملة العناصر و هي أبعد من أن تكون مجرّد حكم نصدره على نتائج التّلاميذ و بشكل روتيني دون أن نحرّك في نفوسهم رغبة في التّصحيح الذّاتي للأخطاء لنحسن التّعلّم و إتقان الكفاءات والمهارات الأساسيّة اللّازمة . ومن جهة أخرى أصبحت جودة عمليّة التّعليم ضرورة حتميّة لكلّ المؤسّسات التّعليميّة فرضتها متطلبات العصر الحالي لمواكبــة التّغيــرات في سوق العمل، وتحسين نوعيّــة الخدمـــات التّعليميّــة و رفع مستوى الأداء التّربوي و توفير جو أو مناخ دراسي ايجابي داعم يسوده التفاهم والدافعية والتّعاون و العلاقات الإنسانيّة السّليمة في البيئة المدرسيّة و تحقيق الأهداف التّربويّة المنشودة بأقلّ جهد و تكلفة وتهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تسليط الضوء على اهمية التقويم التربوي وأثره في جودة التعليم. Abstract: Educational assessment occupies great importance in all educational activities worldwide, due to its effective impact on the course and efficiency of the teaching–learning process. Accordingly, the assessment process is multidimensional and integrated in its components; it goes far beyond being merely a judgment passed on students’ results in a routine manner, without stimulating in them a desire for self-correction of errors in order to improve learning and master the necessary basic competencies and skills. On the other hand, the quality of the educational process has become an inevitable necessity for all educational institutions, imposed by the requirements of the current era in order to keep pace with changes in the labor market, improve the quality of educational services, raise the level of educational performance, and provide a positive and supportive learning environment characterized by understanding, motivation, cooperation, and sound human relationships within the school setting. This, in turn, contributes to achieving the desired educational objectives with the least possible effort and cost. The present study aims to shed light on the importance of educational assessment and its impact on the quality of education.
