البحث التاريخي والأرشيف في ظل التحول الرقمي

الملخص
لا شك أن العلاقة بين الأرشيفي والمؤرخ هي علاقة وطيدة، وهي تعكس العلاقة بين الأرشيف والتاريخ، على أساس أن الوثائق الأرشيفية لا سيما التاريخية منها تحفظ ذاكرة الأمم والشعوب عبر الحقب التاريخية المتلاحقة من قديم الزمان، مما يجعل هذه الوثائق أهم مرجع يعتمد عليه المؤرخ في البحوث التاريخية، وخاصة إثبات الوقائع التاريخية الذي يرتكز بالدرجة الأولى على الأرشيف، سواء كان ورقيا، سمعيا بصريا، إلكترونيا وغيره؛ ولعل ظهور التكنولوجيات الحديثة والتقنيات الرقمية قد دفعت بكل من الأرشيفي والمؤرخ إلى مواكبة هذه التطورات والمستجدات، والعمل وفق الأنماط الجديدة التي سهلت الكثير من المهام على كليهما، وعززت في الوقت نفسه من سبل التعاون بينهما لدعم البحث العلمي من جهة وحفظ ذاكرة الأمم والشعوب من جهة ثانية. بناء على ما سبق، يسعى هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على هذا الموضوع الهام محاولا إبراز العلاقة المتكاملة بين الأرشيفي والمؤرخ في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية المتلاحقة، وما لها من دور كبير في دعم البحوث العلمية التاريخية وتطورها، خصوصا في عصر التقنيات الناشئة والتحول الرقمي. There is no doubt that the relationship between the archivist and the historian is a close relationship, which reflects the relationship between archives and history, on the basis that archival documents, especially historical ones, preserve the memory of nations and peoples across successive historical periods from ancient times, making these documents the most important reference on which the historian relies in historical research, especially the proof of historical facts, which is primarily based on archives, whether paper, audio-visual, electronic and others; the advent of modern technologies and digital techniques has pushed both the archivist and the historian to keep pace with these developments and new trends, and work according to new patterns that facilitated the archive's work. Based on the above, this research seeks to shed light on this important topic, attempting to highlight the integrated relationship between the archivist and the historian in light of the successive technological developments and their great role in supporting and developing historical scientific research, especially in the era of emerging technologies and digital transformation.
