The world is seeing a profound transition propelled by artificial intelligence technology, positioning Islamic financial institutions at a pivotal crossroads. These institutions confront a complex dilemma: they must adopt innovation to sustain competitiveness while complying with Sharia values that characterize their identity. This study tackles the existing legislative and regulatory deficiency by providing a "Hybrid Governance Framework" that amalgamates worldwide technical standards with the paramount aims of Islamic law (Maqasid al-Shariah): the protection of religion, life, intellect, wealth, and lineage. The study utilizes a descriptive methodology for its conceptual framework, an analytical technique for risk evaluation, and investigates innovative international models from Malaysia, the UAE, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia. The study indicates that effective governance necessitates a shift from "post-implementation oversight" to "embedded compliance" within algorithms, thus ensuring openness and fairness in financial decisions.
