This work looks into combining artificial intelligence with crowdfunding guided by Islamic rules to tackle funding shortages for new businesses in Algeria. Start-ups may drive economic change there, yet banks frequently step back because such ventures carry big uncertainties. Instead of relying only on old systems, machine learning might sharpen religious compliance checks, judge borrower reliability more accurately, while also smoothing daily operations online. Still, blending code with faith-based criteria risks creating unseen gaps, where tech decisions clash quietly with spiritual standards, and hidden biases could grow without careful oversight. A mix of expertise, spanning theology, finance, and computer science, becomes essential not as an afterthought but as protection against misalignment. When tools learn fast but values stay fixed, balance depends less on speed than direction; trust forms slowly when ethics anchor progress.
