The Role Of The Algerian Legislator In Protecting Orphaned Children From International Inheritance Disputes

Abstract
Many disputes and practical challenges arise in inheritance matters in domestic law, which is family law in its third book containing inheritance provisions, not to mention disputes in international law. We have chosen inheritance as a model for study and research due to the variation in provisions and effects between national law and foreign laws, considering that its reference in family law. which inevitably results in the difference in the general system in these relationships, which may sometimes lead to the application of the judge's law and the exclusion of the application of foreign law that differs from the personal law of the parties in terms of source and provisions.
