الصوت اللغوي والتحقيق الجنائي في الجرائم اللغوية

الملخص
يهتم موضوع الإمضاء الصوتي في التحقيق الجنائي في الجرائم اللغوية بالصوت اللغوي ودوره في إثبات الجريمة أو نفيها عن المتهم في التحقيق الجنائي،وهذا مايسمى في اللسانيات الجنائية بالبصمة الصوتية أو الإمضاء الصوتي ،لأن لكل إنسان جهاز صوتي يميزه عن غيره من حيث الناحية التشريحية التي خلق بها المتكونة من أعضاء النطق والكلام المتمثلة في حجم الرئتين والقفص الصدري و حجم الشعب الهوائية داخل الرئتين، والحنجرة أو الصندوق الصوتي وطول وسمك الثنايا الصوتية وشدة العضلات التي تربطهم بالحنجرة، وأيضا حجم التجويف الأنفي والفمي وشكل الشفاه والأسنان وطول وحجم اللسان. وبناء على شكل وحجم كل هذه الأعضاء المسؤولة عن عملية النطق والكلام وكيفية ارتباطها ببعضها البعض ينتج عنه مايسمى بالإمضاء الصوتي المميز للفرد عن غيره.وهذا ما يعتبر من النقاط الرئيسة التي يركز عليها المحقق الجنائي في القضايا التي تتطلب الجانب الصوتي للمتهم مستعينا بالخبير الصوتي ،يهدف البحث على التركيز على أهمية الصوت اللغوي في التحقيق في الجرائم اللغوية،من خلال طرح الإشكالية التالية: كيف يمكن للجهاز الصوتي أن يصدر ميزات وتفردات صوتية تختلف من شخص إلى أخر؟وكيف يمكن للصوت اللغوي أن يمثل أداة فعالة في التحقيقات الجنائية الخاصة بالجرائم اللغوية؟وهذا ما تم التوصل إليه في البحث : The topic of voice signature in criminal investigation in linguistic crimes is concerned with the linguistic voice and its role in proving or denying the crime against the accused in the criminal investigation, and this is what is called in criminal linguistics the voiceprint or voice signature, because every human being has a vocal apparatus that distinguishes him from others in terms of the anatomical aspect with which he was created. The size of the lungs, the rib cage, the size of the airways inside the lungs, the larynx or voice box, the length and thickness of the vocal folds and the intensity of the muscles that connect them to the larynx, as well as the size of the nasal and oral cavity, the shape of the lips and teeth, and the length and size of the tongue. Based on the shape and size of all these organs responsible for the process of speech and speech and how they relate to each other, it results in what is called the vocal signature that distinguishes an individual from others. This is one of the main points that the criminal investigator focuses on in cases that require the vocal aspect of the accused with the help of an acoustic expert. - The research aims to focus on the importance of the linguistic voice in the investigation of linguistic crimes, by posing the following question: How can the vocal apparatus produce vocal features and singularities that differ from one person to another? How can the linguistic voice represent an effective tool in criminal investigations of linguistic crimes?
