Environmental Digital Pollution In The Era Of New Information And Communication Technologies: Types, Risks And Prevention

الملخص

Abstract Based on a review of specialized literature, this article aims to present the types of environmental digital pollution and the role of new information and communication technologies production and use in this pollution. The article begins by understanding the concept of environmental digital pollution; its types and risks, and finally, methods of prevention and environmental protection across various stages: the production and use of electronic media, then electronic waste and the possibility of transitioning to clean technology. ملخص يهدف هذا المقال، بالاعتماد على مراجعة الأدبيات المتخصصة، إلى عرض مظاهر التلوث الإلكتروني البيئي ودور صناعة واستخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة ومخلفاتها الإلكترونية فيه، انطلاقا من الإحاطة بمفهوم التلوث الالكتروني البيئي؛ أشكاله، ومخاطره، وصولا إلى سبل الوقاية وحماية البيئة عبر مختلف مراحل تصنيع واستخدام الوسائل الإلكترونية وما بعدهما، وإمكانية التحول نحو التكنولوجيا النظيفة.
