Abstract
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم عرض مركز ومفصل عن انتهاكات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للقانون الدولي الإنساني الممارسة في حق الصحفيين أثناء تغطيتهم لمجريات الحرب على قطاع غزة 2023، والتي رصدتها تقارير مختلف المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية والدولية زيادة على تقارير إعلامية توثق أحداث هذه الحرب. وقد أسفر الاستقصاء في هذا الموضوع عن جملة من الانتهاكات غير المسبوقة يتقدمها القتل المتعمد لأزيد من 200 صحفي وعامل في المؤسسات الإعلامية، ناهيك عن قتل وتهديد عائلاتهم وقصف مقرات إقامتهم وتدمير مقرات وسائل الاعلام التي تعتبر في عرف القانون الدولي أعيان مدنية مكفولة بالحماية. Abstract: This article aims to provide a focused and detailed overview of the Israeli occupation's violations of international humanitarian law against journalists covering the 2023 war on the Gaza Strip. These violations were documented in reports by various local and international NGOs, as well as in media reports documenting the events of the war. The investigation into this topic revealed a series of unprecedented violations, most notably the deliberate killing of over 200 journalists and media workers. This is in addition to the killing and threatening of their families, the bombing of their residences, and the destruction of media headquarters, which are considered under international law to be civilian objects guaranteed protection.
