الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي

الملخص
في ظل التطور التكنولوجي الهائل و عصر التحول الرقمي اصبح الذكاء الاصطناعي عنصر محوريا و ركيزة أساسية في تطور و تقدم الدول. لذلك يشهد العالم اليوم توجها سريعا لاستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في جميع الميادين و القطاعات. و لا يمثل قطاع التعليم استثناءا من هذه القاعدة، لاسيما قطاع التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي.و هذا لما لها من دور في تحسين جودة التعليم و دعم البحث العلمي و بالتالي الرفع من كفاءة المؤسسات التعليمية و مخرجاتها. الجزائر كغيرها من الدول النامية تعاني من العديد من المشاكل في قطاع التعليم،كما تواجه تحديات كبيرة في تطوير منظومتها التعليمية. و امام الدور الذي تلعبه تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تجويد و تحسين العملية التعليمية،من المدارس الابتدائية وصولا الى مؤسسات التعليم العالي. لذلك تسعى السلطات الوطنية في السنوات الأخيرة لتبني استراتيجية لدمج و تطوير تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في نظامها التعليمي، و هذا بهدف تجاوز مشكلات القطاع و جعله اكثر تكيف مع احتياجات المستقبل. و نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى استكشاف واقع توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي في الجزائر،و هذا بالوقوف على كيفية توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي و من ثم تسليط الضوء على السياسات و المبادرات الوطنية لتوطين الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي و اهم التحديات التي تواجهه. In light of the massive technological development and the era of digital transformation, artificial intelligence has become a pivotal element and a fundamental pillar in the development and progress of countries. Therefore, the world today is witnessing a rapid trend towards the use of artificial intelligence applications in all fields and sectors. The education sector isn’t an exception to this rule, especially the higher education and scientific research sector, this is due to its role in improving the quality of education, supporting scientific research, and thus raising the efficiency of educational institutions and their outputs. Algeria, as other developing countries, suffers from numerous problems in the education sector and faces major challenges in developing its education system. In view of the role played by the artificial intelligence technologies in improving and enhancing the educational process, from primary schools to higher education institutions. Therefore, in recent years, the national authorities have adopted a strategy to integrate and develop artificial intelligence technologies into their education systems, with the aim of overcoming the sector's challenges and making it more adaptable to future needs. This paper aims to explore the reality of employing artificial intelligence in higher education and scientific research in Algeria, this will be done by examining how artificial intelligence is being employed in higher education and scientific research, then highlighting national policies and initiatives to localize artificial intelligence in higher education and the most important challenges In light of the massive technological development and the era of digital transformation, artificial intelligence has become a pivotal element and a fundamental pillar in the development and progress of countries.
