الملخص

ملخص: لقد شهد عصرنا الحالي تغيرات كثيرة و متعددة في مختلف المجالات، و أصبحت عملية الرقمنة تتحكم في كل عمل نقوم به، مما أصبح لزاما على الجامعات الجزائرية تبني الذكاء الاصطناعي كآلية فعالة وسريعة في ضمان جودة مخرجاتها التعليمية و البحثية، لاسيما أن التفوق والتميز بين مختلف جامعات العالم أصبح في حاجة ماسة إلى مثل هذه التقنيات التي جاءت بها التكنولوجيا الحديثة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية. في هذا الاطار جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لهدف إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه الذكاء الاصطناعي في سبيل تحقيق وضمان جودة التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي في الجزائر، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الاستكشافي للتعرف على و تحديد أكبر قدر ممكن من المعارف التي تصب في إشكالية بحثنا، و على المنهج الوصفي لوصف البحث نظريا من خلال جمع المعلومات والبيانات اللازمة من مختلف المصادر الرئيسية و الثانوية، و المنهج التحليلي في تحليل العلاقة القائمة بين متغيرات البحث من جهة و النتائج المتوصل إليها من جهة أخرى. Abstract: Our current era has witnessed numerous and diverse changes in various fields, and the process of digitization has come to control every task we undertake. Consequently, Algerian universities have become compelled to adopt artificial intelligence as an efficient and rapid mechanism to ensure the quality of their educational and research outputs. This is particularly important as excellence and distinction among different universities worldwide urgently require such technologies brought about by modern technology to achieve a competitive advantage. In this context, this research paper aims to highlight the role played by artificial intelligence in order to achieve and ensure the quality of higher education and scientific research in Algeria, where the exploratory approach was relied on to identify and identify as much as possible of the knowledge that flows into the problem of our research, and the descriptive approach to describe the research theoretically by collecting the necessary information and data from various primary and secondary sources, and the analytical approach in analyzing the relationship between the research variables and analyzing the results obtained.
