الانفعال كمنظومة تفسيرية للسلوك الإنساني: مقاربة نظرية تحليلية Emotion As An Explanatory System Of Human Behavior: A Theoretical Analytical Approach

الملخص

يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم مقاربة نظرية تحليلية للانفعال بوصفه منظومة تفسيرية للسلوك الإنساني، من خلال تتبع تطور مفهوم الانفعال في الأدبيات النفسية، وتحليل موقعه داخل النظريات النفسية الكبرى، ونقد حدود التفسيرات الاختزالية التي عالجته كاستجابة ثانوية أو متغير تابع. وينطلق المقال من فرضية مفادها أن السلوك الإنساني لا يمكن فهمه فهماً شاملاً دون استحضار البعد الانفعالي بوصفه بنية دينامية تتفاعل فيها المكونات المعرفية والفسيولوجية والسلوكية. كما يناقش المقال العلاقة السببية بين الانفعال والسلوك، ودور الانفعال كوسيط تفسيري بين المثير والاستجابة، إضافة إلى بعده التنبؤي والتنظيمي. ويقترح في ختامه نموذجاً نظرياً تكاملياً يدمج الانفعال والمعرفة والسلوك في إطار تفسيري واحد، متجاوزاً الثنائية التقليدية بين العقل والانفعال، ومؤكداً على القيمة التفسيرية المركزية للانفعال في فهم السلوك الإنساني. This theoretical paper aims to conceptualize emotion as an explanatory system of human behavior by examining the evolution of the concept of emotion in psychological literature and analyzing its position within major psychological theories. The study critiques reductionist approaches that treat emotion as a secondary response or a dependent variable, arguing instead that human behavior cannot be fully understood without considering emotion as a dynamic system integrating cognitive, physiological, and behavioral components. The paper discusses the causal relationship between emotion and behavior, the mediating role of emotion between stimulus and response, and the predictive and regulatory functions of emotional processes. Finally, it proposes an integrative theoretical model that links emotion, cognition, and behavior within a unified explanatory framework, thereby transcending the traditional dichotomy between reason and emotion and emphasizing the central explanatory value of emotion in understanding human behavior.
