This study evaluates the economic and administrative feasibility of a smart digital platform to reduce school bullying in Maghnia, within the context of educational digital transformation. To assess this, a mixed-methods approach combined a quantitative survey (n=300, α=0.83) with a comprehensive financial analysis. Results indicate that 54% of respondents experienced bullying, while only 17% used formal reporting channels. Furthermore, logistic regression (R²=0.61, classification accuracy=83.7%) identified willingness to pay and exposure frequency as the strongest predictors of platform adoption. Examining the financial outcomes under the realistic scenario (600 families), the NPV is approximately +1.58m DZD, the IRR is about 39.5%, the BCR is about 1.56, and the payback period is 19 months. The break-even point is 395 families (65.8% of the target), with a safety margin (MOS) of 34.2%. In the optimistic scenario (700 families), NPV rises to +3.37m DZD, and IRR reaches 70%. Overall, the platform represents an evidence-based digital solution with documented economic returns and sustainable social impact.
