الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم: أشكاله وتطبيقاته

الملخص
يعدّ الذكاء الاصطناعي أحد أهمّ المجالات الناشئة حاليا في تكنولوجيا التعليم، إذ بدأ يشق طريقه ليصبح جزءًا أساسياً منه من خلال إعادة تشكيل الطريقة الّتي يتعلّم بها الطلاب، والطريقة التي يدرّس بها المعلّمون، والطريقة الّتي تنتهجها المدارس، وقد أهّله هذا ليكون محلّ نقاش وإثراء بين الخبراء، لتصميم الخطط التعليميّة واتخاذ السياسات المناسبة لذلك، لذا سنتناول في هذا المقال مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي ومميزاته، وإسهاماته في التعليم، كالتعليم عن بُعد والشخصي والتكيّفي، وتشكلاته من خلال التطبيقات ودورها في إعداد الخرائط الذهنيّة وتصميم المحتوى التعليمي كتطبيق "ChatGPT" وكذا إعداد المنصات الرّقمية التفاعلية والخطوات الواجب إتباعها لتطوير منصة تعليميّة تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي. Artificial intelligence is one of the most important emerging fields in educational technology. It is starting to establish itself as an essential part by reshaping the way students learn, how teachers teach, and how schools operate. This has made it a subject of discussion and enrichment among experts to design educational plans and make appropriate policies. This article will thus address the concept of artificial intelligence, its features, and its contributions to education, such as distance learning, personalized learning, and adaptive learning, as well as its forms through applications and their role in preparing mind maps and designing educational content, like the "ChatGPT" application. Additionally, it will discuss the preparation of interactive digital platforms and the steps to follow in developing an educational platform that works with artificial intelligence.
