Investment In The Sports Sector And Its Role In Supporting The Local Economy

Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of investment in the sports sector in supporting the local economy, as well as highlighting the importance of investment in the sports industry, as it is considered one of the sources of economic diversification for countries. Additionally, it has a health and recreational aspect for the community, as it is considered one of the sectors that attract and nourish many economic sectors. The study also concluded that investment in the sports sector yields profits at various levels, whether in sports facilities, clubs, elite athletes, or the production of sports equipment and media and communication.
