الملخص
تهدف هذه الدّراسة الوصفيّة التّحليليّة إلى طرح إشكاليّة العلاقة بين الوضع اللّسانيّ العربيّ الرّاهن والمعطيات العالمية الجديدة في ظلّ مخطّط العولمة الثّقافيّة، وذلك بتسليط الضّوء عليها كمعطى جديد يسعى إلى تعميم النّموذج الثّقافيّ الأمريكيّ، وعليه فإنّ أهمّيّتها تكمن في أنّها تُثري موضوع الضّعف اللّسانيّ العربيّ بالبحث في أسبابه الثّقافيّة العالميّة، ولهذا توصّلت إلى جملة نتائج أهمّها هي أنّه لا يمكن التّكفُّل بهذه الظاهرة في حدودها اللّسانيّة فقط بمعزلٍ عن أبعادها الثّقافيّة العالميّة، كما قدّمتْ تصوُّرًا لبعض السُّبل الممكنة لتفادي مساعي هذا المخطّط وانعكاساته السّلبيّة على العربيّة، وأهمّها تعزيز الأمن الاجتماعيّ والثّقافيّ العربيّ. This descriptive and analytical study aims to raise the issue of the relationship between the current Arabic linguistic situation and the new global data in light of the cultural globalization plan, by shedding light on it as a new data point that seeks to generalize the American cultural model. Therefore, its importance lies in the fact that it enriches the topic of Arabic linguistic weakness by investigating its global cultural causes. For this reason, it reached a set of results, the most important of which is that this phenomenon cannot be addressed within its linguistic limits only, isolated from its global cultural dimensions. It also presented a vision for some possible ways to avoid the efforts of this plan and its negative repercussions on Arabic, the most important of which is strengthening Arab social and cultural security.
